SPRING consortium is formed with the specific consideration that we need to have expertise to cover all the major topics within a general environmental research area, but also map them to the topics defined under the FP7 Environment theme. Success will be facilitated through the interaction between Expert Advisory Panel members and project partners, and developing understanding and building trust between Chinese and EU researchers.
